Create a Recruiter Ready Profile

Considerations: Learners ranged from recent high school graduates to experienced professionals, and many experienced imposter syndrome. To create a more relatable learning experience, I developed Canva-based work samples aligned to different career backgrounds, helping learners connect more deeply with the content and build confidence in the subject matter. I also incorporated polls and chat-based discussion opportunities to increase interactivity and engagement.

My Role: I developed all training content and speaker notes included in the presentation. I also facilitated the training and conducted data analysis to identify opportunities to improve the learner experience in future iterations.
